This paper introduces a novel web platform that automates real estate virtual tours using images and advanced generative AI, with a focus on the Stable Virtual Camera (SEVA) approach. A key innovation is the use of separator frames and hallway simulation techniques, enabling realistic, controllable transitions between rooms that mimic natural spatial navigation. This modular method allows users to generate interactive tours without special equipment, advancing digital real estate promotion and laying the groundwork for future virtual tourism and augmented reality applications powered by an cloud infrastructure.
