SUBMISSION
Contributions in networking and computer technology will be accepted without being strictly limited by the topics below. The full papers, in English, must be submitted on the conference website (https://events.roedu.net/event/8/ ), and have to strictly comply with template from http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
Please do not add any page numbers.
The authors of accepted papers should transfer the ownership rights of the intellectual property to IEEE using the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) for the conference.
Notification of paper acceptance will be provided by email. All accepted papers will be published in printed conference books/proceedings (ISSN). Accepted papers will be submitted for the possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore. The Proceedings will be submitted to ISI Web of Science, THOMSON REUTERS SCOPUS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, etc.
