To be included in the conference proceedings, at least one author of each accepted paper must register. Please note the following:
- Registration is per paper. Authors presenting multiple papers must register and pay the registration fee separately for each paper.
- When making your payment, please specify the paper ID in the transaction details to ensure it is correctly assigned. In the case of multiple registrations, make sure that you fill in the correct ID for each paper.
Registration is open between August 12th - September 15th.
Registration Fees:
The registration fee is determined by the author’s status:
- Student or IEEE Member: €200
- Regular / Other: €300

Please note: By registration, according to the GDPR terms, you agree that your personal data will be used by the organisers. For example, the following data will be processed: full name, affiliation, and email address will be included in the conference printings, website, and videoconference system. For invoicing, your address is required (i.e., only street name and number). Also, to support the conference, you agree that our sponsors could send at least two newsletters by email.
