SUBMISSION
Contributions in networking and computer technology will be accepted without being strictly limited by the topics below. The full papers, in English, must be submitted until July 24, 2022, on the conference website (https://events.roedu.net/event/5/), and have to strictly comply with template from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html (also available on conference website).
Please do not add any page numbers. The authors of accepted papers should transfer the ownership rights of the intellectual property to IEEE using the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) for the conference.
Notification of paper acceptance will be provided by August 20th, 2022. All accepted papers will be published in printed conference books/proceedings (ISSN). Accepted papers will be submitted for the possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore. The Proceedings will be submitted to ISI Web of Science, THOMSON REUTERS SCOPUS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR etc.

Author Guidelines:
Please follow the Guidelines for Submission instructions of conference website.
Contributions in networking and computer technology will be accepted without being strictly limited by the specified topics. The papers selected by the Programme Committee to be presented at the conference will be allocated approximately 15 - 20 minutes within the session. The presentation must take approximately 10-15 minutes, leaving 5-10 minutes for discussion.
Full papers of about 4-6 pages in English with title and without authors' names must be submitted until July 24th, 2022. All the papers that have to strictly comply with template from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Please do not add any page numbers.
Acceptance of papers will be given by August 20th, 2022. Full papers camera ready should be submitted no later than August 1st, 2022.
Full papers camera ready must include the paper title, title(s) and full name(s) of the author(s), organizational affiliation, and e-mail address. If more than one author is listed, please specify one person as the main contact for correspondence. Also, please specify in the submission message full postal address, phone and fax number for the main contact.
IMPORTANT:
1. Please note that it is preferable to use black and white pictures because the proceedings will be printed in black and white.
2. Also, it is preferable to send your paper in an editable format; preferable Open Office Document, Word Document or Rich Text Format. Please do not use PDF, PS or DVI format.
The papers will be published on the Internet and will be available to participants on Conference Proceedings.
All participants to RoEduNet Conference, are required to pay 250 EUR, which represents the conference fee. IEEE members have a discount of 100 EUR. The fee can be paid using bank transfer. The fee includes conference proceedings and materials, as well as other fees related to publications.
If you would like to pay using the local currency (LEI), the conversion from EUR to LEI will be made using the official exchange rate (from the National Bank of Romania) from the day of the payment.
