Guidelines for Submission

1. Login

Click <Login> in upper right corner and log into conference system. If you don't have an account please create one, then log in.

2. Submission of Abstract

The full paper needs to be submitted via INDICO for peer review.

1) Click on <Submit new abstract> on 'Call for Abstracts' page

2) Complete the abstract form: Title, Content (the Abstract section of full paper), Author(s). Choose the appropriate track.

3) Click <Submit> to complete the abstract submission.

3. Check your submission and peer review status

1) Once the abstract is accepted, ‘My Contributions’ is available on the main menu.

2) Select your contribution and click on <Submit paper> to load the full paper for peer review. Please, the use of recommended IEEE templates is mandatory.

3) Follow the indications/comments/decisions of peer reviewers and Technical Committee in 'Paper Peer Reviewing' page.

4) 'Editing' should be used after the final paper accept, usually for the proceeding editing proposes and/or presentation slides.

4. Copyright

IEEE requires all authors or their employers who intend to publish in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library to provide a transfer of the copyright. The accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing (eCP). The electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) have to be signed by one of the authors, preferably the speaker. eCF tool will be available via email to the speakers.

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.
